This 3 bedroom penthouse at D-Dwellings offers an exceptional living experience, featuring a private balcony pool and panoramic views. The owners requested a modern aesthetic, and the design concept was fully tailored to reflect that vision.
The interior showcases a refined minimalist approach, elevated by a curated colour palette and bespoke Italian furniture crafted specifically for the apartment. Each piece was selected to enhance the clean architectural lines and create a cohesive, elegant, and contemporary atmosphere throughout the home
The Gate Flat 8 Full Interior Design & Turnkey Finishing Project
This project features a fully finished and furnished two-bedroom apartment situated in a contemporary building in the centre of San Ä wann. The residence benefits from a generously sized balcony and an excellent location, offering both comfort and convenience.
The interior design was developed around the landlord’s preferred colour palette. Our team curated a selection of complementary tones and created a cohesive, modern concept that brings these colours to life. The result is a personalized home where style, functionality, and the client’s vision integrate seamlessly into a refined and contemporary living environment.
The Gate Flat 10 Full Interior Design & Turnkey Finishing Project
This project showcases a fully finished and furnished apartment located in the same modern San Ä wann development. For this residence, the design direction focused on refined beige tones, creating a modern, elegant, and minimalist aesthetic enhanced by generous greenery throughout the space.
The furniture selection was meticulously curated in collaboration with the landlord. The bedroom features bespoke Italian leather beds, while the living and dining areas include a coordinated set of leather dining chairs and a custom-made sofa. The sofa, crafted in Italy to the exact dimensions required for the apartment, features a unique fabric with a soft, satin-like texture—visually reminiscent of silk yet highly durable and practical.
All elements were tailored to complement the apartment’s scale and atmosphere, resulting in a calm, contemporary interior where materials, colour, and function come together seamlessly to reflect the client’s vision.

This project showcases a fully finished and furnished apartment in Mercury Suites, one of Malta’s most prestigious and sought-after developments. The residence enjoys exceptional views and a contemporary layout that complements the refined interior concept.
The design direction focused on sophisticated grey tones, creating a modern and harmonious atmosphere throughout the space. To introduce contrast and depth, the scheme incorporates elegant green “seda-finish” chairs, adding a subtle yet distinctive accent to the overall palette.

For this residence, the client selected a palette of light greys applied consistently throughout the apartment. This choice reinforces a clean, modern aesthetic while maintaining a sense of openness and clarity in every room. The furniture—sourced entirely from Italy and customized to suit the apartment’s proportions—complements the soft tonal scheme, resulting in a cohesive and refined living environment.
